“With my photography, I’m trying to convey how I see the world, the people, the landscape, the colors, the lines and patterns. These aspects have meaning to me emotionally and I’m trying to share my feelings in a particular photograph about the individuals, the circumstances or my feelings. I’m trying to convey what has touched me in my every day life to you as a friend in life.”
Scott Baxter has had extensive training and courses in photography at International Center of Photography in NYC. He is also a self-taught artist and paints large abstract expressionist and impressionist works bridging Jackson Pollock and Hans Hoffman.
